Return Policy

At Better Blanket, we value your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Exchanges

• For exchanges, we will provide a credit equal to the value of your original purchase. If you wish to exchange your item for one of greater value, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

Shipping

• Better Blanket offers complimentary return shipping. We will provide you with a return label via email, which can be used to send your item back. Instructions will be provided regarding whether your package should be dropped off at a UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. You will also receive a notification once we have received your returned item.

Return Approval Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exclusions

• Custom orders are excluded from our return policy. Once payment is received, all custom orders become non-refundable.
