The site

betterblanket.com is operated by Better Blanket LLC. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Retail orders

The Made in America Throw is sold on this site. Price, size, and fiber content are on the product page. We ship inside the United States. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Returns for retail orders are on the returns page: 30 days, unused and unwashed, return postage paid by you. A purchase is an offer we accept when we confirm the order and charge the card.

Branded and custom orders

Custom work is made to your design, with a minimum of 25 pieces. A quote is not an order. Production starts after you approve the design and we receive payment on the terms in that quote. Because the goods cannot be resold, we do not accept returns on custom orders. Defect replacements are on the returns page.

Chewy

Some Better Blanket designs sell on Chewy. Chewy is the seller of record for those. Their price, shipping, and return rules apply, not ours. The Dog Blanket Collection is listed here as coming soon and is not for sale on this site. A coming-soon listing is not an offer.

Accuracy

We knit in New Jersey. Yarn origin and fiber content are stated on each product because the lines are not the same. Specs can change. If a listing is wrong, email us before you buy and we will correct it.

Our work

The designs, photographs, and copy on this site belong to Better Blanket. Do not copy them to sell a competing product. Uploading artwork for a custom order does not transfer your rights to us, and it does not give you rights in our knit files or house designs.

Liability

To the extent New Jersey law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For a retail order our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under law, including for a defective product.

Law

New Jersey law governs these terms. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in New Jersey, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new terms. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied when you placed them.
